concern
I am an Algerian and I have applied for my sister since April 2020 and her status being reviewed since April 2022 and I am wondering what’s the estimated time of her case to move to the visa center. Thanks!

Case Processing
So I periodically check on my case on the USCIS and under “my process” there was a countdown to how many months until case decision. Just a few days ago I was at 4 months and I happened to check today and realized it now says “ case is taking longer than expected” it saddens me to hear that now I don’t know how long it will take. I hope to hear from anyone with a similar experience. Did you happen to get any news right away or did it actually take longer than expected?
changing employer
so I have question guys I started working for employer in the last three months or so. my case have been pending almost a year. my job is not too bad but due to some of my plans changing in life I want to chnage my employer. and move to different state. if I find different employer is it possible to change the job and what might be the effects of it. anyone did the same thing or trying to do. I appreciate any info on that.
Question about ADIT Stamp
I have an upcoming MRIV ADIT stamp appointment. Can USCIS not give you the ADIT stamp if they think you don't need it? Or can you get it without worrying about them not giving it to you?
The reason why I need it is because I am trying to get a corrected SS card. Back then when I first got my GC it was on my husband’s last name but had the wrong middle name that's why I did not apply for a corrected ss card right away after submitting an I-90 to correct the name and I-751 My name now is showing correctly in the system.
Also, I lost that green card with the wrong middle name.
When I called SSA they told me if I didn't have the actual GC I could still change my name if I had the machine-readable version of the ADIT stamp the one that they put on passport.
Sorry for the long post. Just anxious about this as I am having trouble looking for a new job because my GC, EAD, and SSA got different names just because of a USCIS mistake.
