Good afternoon, I had my interview on September 19th, my lawyer already informed me that my green was approved. I sent my process in December 2022. but it is still pending on the website. After approval, can you tell me how long it takes for them to send me the card?

@FlyHigh ❤️ they received my I-140 form on November 22, 2022. and it was approved on March 2, 2023.

Well, I'm not sure about uscis issuing a GC outside the visa bulletin. Going by the bulletin, they're only issuing greencards to people with PD before August 2022 (July 2022 and earlier). So, I guess your interview process will go to the phase known as CRP (Case Remains Pending) and as soon as your Final Action Date is current, your GC would be sent. Your lawyer should explain well how uscis works by the visa bulletin

@Yasminy Saviolli Your priority date is not current. Your PD is November 22, 2022 and the final action date is still in July 2022. Thus, your GC can’t be processed.

you have to wait till your priority date becomes current and then your card will be issued! current priority date is 15 June 2022
