applying for student visa
currently waiting for interview however the pd is2019 for f2a and mine pd is 2021. if I wait too much for interview date my study might hamper and time will be lost. so applying for student visa can be done while waiting for interview at the same time ??? any information? any suggestions??

hello everybody I have some concern and some questions about my case if you could help me I'll be thankful
so I was on STEM OPT when I started working for one company later that company sponsored me and filed my i-140 i-131 i-485 and i-765 in December 2022 and February 2023 my i-140 was approved but in March 2023 the company was sold out to another owner and my case was pending on last week that means September 15th 2023 my work permit was approved so my question is how will this case will going to be process and as my work permit is approved is it compulsory to start working as soon as I get my work permit card or I can just not work and wait for my green card if I wait does it going to affect my green card process if I don't work I mean. and do I have to file supplement j? please help me out if anybody has any idea about it thank you

got approved I-140 and received EAD. How longer to I-485?
I filed a PP EB1-C in June with I-765 and I-485.
the 140 was approved in early sep aftet 1 RFE.
I received my EAD card last week.
my 485 status is fingerprints taken in July then would it be reasonable to expect the 485 approval in the first half of 2024?

after a year of 485 waiting I decided to file writ. Laywer worked out with highly tailored complaint and my case is approved 2 weeks after filing mandamus. Worth all the penny cost

Still no updates or decisions on my case.
I applied for the I-130 for sponsorship for my husband as it gave me 11 months from 01-26-2023 and i also put in an expedite request in march of 2023. As then the final decision date was set for 07-19-2023. So after 07-19-2023 my case was put in your case is taking longer than expected then today as of 09-23-2023 it goes back to the remaining months that were left plus 3 more extra months added to the previous 11 months timeline. I'm so pissed about this. Does anybody else that have had this happen to them on here? 😭
