weird Observation
As per the case status, my last update was in May - Response to RFE was received
But later in Sept I have noticed that the Green check mark with date was changed from may to Sep, and there is nothing I observed or received any notifications after that.
However, the official case tracker mobile app shows that I have 3 notes in October third week which I never saw on computer or lawfully. the head line status still remain that “Rfe response received in May”
these 3 notes says as follows
1. On oct 15, your inquiry about the notice that you did not receive, ref number ****** was assigned to an officer
2. on oct 15, similar but says response for inquiry sent
3. similar and same date, but says inquiry is now completed.
what is this, I never noticed. di anyone notice the same?

The notes are from a service request or expedite request you made. i have many of them notes.

I probably had a chat on portal to find out about a case update. but they were never tracking earlier and posting as notes. this must be a new update then.

@Vee V That is NOT an “official tracker” for USCIS & NVC. This is clearly written on the apps description. It’s just another one of many tracker apps.

the expedite and service request are unseen on my profile but I see the most recent notes only. I will try to chat with agen again tomorrow and see if it shows up on notes. will clarify here afterwards .

No, the agents or your official account don’t have those notes, they only show in case tracker. USCIS will not be responding on anything that is not from their official site.

@favor me👩🏽💼 I reached support yesterday theough chat and found it on the notes today.
so the thing is all the convos we take it to chat or calls, are recorded on notes obviously. but these are visible to us from recent times asbthe app got an upgrade.

I hope so, min showed that it is 2 weeks away from decision and now it is 5 months. they confirmed me that they moved it to local firld office.
