Traval to my own country
Hi Lawfully friends,
i got my EB1-A aprovel on September 14. Now I have a question. I want to go to my country as a family emergency so as there any time limit should I spend in USA after getting green card and travel? or I can travel directly.
i am worry if I leave USA and would immigration related issues in return.
please share your experience.
can I travel on plane while waiting for my i601a to be approved ?
Hello everyone , Im writing this post because I’m looking for some advice, I’m waiting like many of us on my i601a to be approved , i already did my biometrics and stuff , I want to go with my family on vacation by plane inside the US territory , I have my valid Mexican passport but I don’t have a DL , is it safe to travel ? will I encounter any problems ? if so what would happen if I get detained by ice or border patrol ? any advice ? #i601a #travel
