what’s the difference between lockbox and service center.
Hello guys I sent my I-140 form to the Texas SC, however I got the notice receipt from Nebraska LockBox I want to know what’s the difference between these kinds of locations. Looks like they transferred my case once arrived. Not sure if it’s a good-bad signal
6 Primie Facie
I just got my 6th Primie Facie. I applied for VAWA since 2020 December. I started with a lawyer, my lawyer was so nonchalant and always forgot about me and my case every time. He also was not sending me any documents from USCIS. I had to write to USCIS to remove him. Now, I have no attorney on my case. could that be a reason I am yet to get a decision. The processing time is currently 35 months, mine is 33 months now.

Got my I-130 approved. USCIS has requested for my medical to be mailed. will share more detailed timeline once process is completed.
one learning lesson though - try to submit I-693 at the same time has submitting your application for I-130 and I-485 for a faster approval. I didn’t, hence it took me close to 10 months to receive RFE for medical.
