Hello friends! I wanted to share my latest situation about my file with you and get your opinions, if anyone has any information, please help me! My I-485 file was filed on 2 april 2021, almost 3 years have passed, 3 months ago RFE came 3 months ago, we answered within 1 month, 2 months after the RFE, they called for an interview, as a result, 10 days have passed and my file is still not updated, there is no answer, I was just told to wait.

Don’t worry. It took more than a year for USCIS change my status after I had the interview. My interview was in August 2022 and my status changed to: Case remains pending only a month ago..

In the case of RFE, they asked for original signed documents from my employer based on my employment.

Did you move to the new emploment? Or the RFE was for I485J-current employment.I’m curious when you said Original signed documents!

I have been working for 10 months, my employer has signed and sent the paper showing that I have been working, my employer has not changed, I only have 2 months left, I don't know if I will return until the I-485 is finalized!
