Curiosity: Anyone got married during pending VAWA?
Hi guys, please let me know if you got married while your VAWA is pending. how long the process took to get the green card, work authorization and advance parole? thanks.

My lawyer advised me that no married or pregnant while VAWa pending. As soon as USCIS find out your case will not be approved. I can advise you to put marriage aside until your case approved, otherwise withdraw VAWa , get married and restart over with application, which I can not advise

u can get pregnant and live with your partner just do not get married legally, that is d law.

I got pregnant and had my baby while waiting for my vawa and It got approved without a problem
