The wait Though
How i wish USCIS knows the pain we go through waiting for a response 😪. To make matters worse i used a Lawyer who i thought would be helpful, after taking all the payment in full!!! whenever i call their office(Lawyer) all they say to me is just keep waiting. I don't advise anyone to use Lawyers, they are totally useless in this process, just to take your money!!! Anyway will just keep waiting but super frustrated 😠.

COMBO CARD RENEWAL FEE
hello,I applied for VAWA on September 2021 and Received EAD/AP combo card in April 2022, which is expiring in April 2024.
I-485 is still pending.
I am aware that there is no USCIS fees for EAD/AP renewal, but attorneys are asking for $1750!!!( $500 for work permit & $1250 for AP) to assist with EAD/AP renewal.
Should I have to go through attorneys for renewal or we can do it ourselves?
If yes, can someone please help with process/documents/where to send the documents etc.
February applications still waiting.
I have applied since February 3,2023 for my brothers and I have yet heard anything. I really would appreciate it, if USCIS can help my case. I’m so stressed with this situation, people after me already here in the state. and my family still waiting, we haven’t heard nothing yet. Please help me bring my family here.
let me know about your experience
Any experience trying to expedite i485 through Congressman? Today mine was sent with justifiable reasons. We’re praying that everything goes well.

Hi my PD-Dec 2022, I am anticipate Dec-23 or Jan-24 Visa bulletin PD move forward to Jan 22 or later for INDIA
https://travel.state.gov/content/dam/visas/Statistics/Immigrant-Statistics/WaitingList/WaitingListItem_2022.pdf
In November 2022, the India EB-1 waiting list stands at 1,064. Anticipating a positive trend, with FY2023 witnessing a visa increase to +4,000 and FY2024 projecting 3,223 available EB-1 visas, the assumption is that the EB-1 priority date might move forward. This could potentially lead to a reduction in the waiting list and increased chances of alignment with the current status by the end of FY24.
