@rosa guzman Google who your congressman is, go to his website and look where it says contact us. Leave a message explaining your situation and why you want an expedite with uscis, with your information so they can respond. Then the next day you will receive an email with some forms to fill out, you send them with a letter about your situation plus any document that proves it. They will then contact you the day they send it to uscis. Good luck, that's what I did.
