1. what to fill in surname because my passport is indian and i have only given name on my passport?
2. can we upload our chats photographs and relationship documents in DS-160?
3. Our K1 case was approved on 16 august 2023 and they send mail on 15 september and give me my case number. now m ready to submit Ds-160 and for interview?
4. can we need medical examination?

I applied for I-140 a while back. This was before expediting was available and during COVID so it took a while to get accepted. I applied with a few papers and less than 100 citations.
I waited to apply for I-485 because I wanted to start my OPT before I applied. Fortunately, they processed it very quickly - I am pleasantly surprised. These things can be quite random and often out of your control, so best of luck to everyone who is waiting.

interview wait time in AbuDhabi: CR1 usc spouse
I have recently submitted my wifeâs documents to nvc waiting for their review, but has heard a lot of people talking about how backed up AbuDhabi embassy is! so does anyone from here have had an interview or know anyone that did have an interview in AbuDhabi embassy for CR1 or IR1 category?
also, I have a valid medical reason to expedite the case at nvc as well, so should I request it now or wait for them to DQ my case?
please let me know

I heard that it doesnât mean mean much sometimes, but itâs triggered by biometrics or RFE.
I didnât do anything, and I got this actively reviewed only two weeks after making my case.
I wonder if it has something to do with the fiscal year ending 9/30? who knows. curious to here thoughtsâŠ
