Asking about income
Hi guys,
My husband's income for 2022 is $23,800. We are doing 6 steps at NVC now. Will he have to find a joint sponsor?
Another question is that he had 5 workplaces in 2022, now he works at a new workplace, will NVC take the last W2 of 2022 as the main income or current income of my husband?

The household size is just 2, him and I. He got his tax return transcript and it showed his income is $23,800 for 2022. Thank you for your answer

probably you will need a Co-sponsor. Your I-864 is going to be for a Household for 3 even if you're only 2. You need to look at the poverty guidelines 2023 in your state and and household size 3 persons. sometimes USCIS wants the income is above their parameters for about $5000.00 or more.
