Hi, I transferred my vawa , (I got my vawa receipt already)I have my i485 and i130 pending due to marriage, my lawyer transferred my case and send just the i360 , Today I tried to contacted an agent through Emma.about get information about my i485, She said that my case was transferred to a local office close to me (Queens, NY) 10/06/2023. I was thinking that my i485 it has to go to Vermont! no?
Hola transferí mi caso a vawa, (Tengo mi recibo de vawa ya) , tengo pendiente mi i485 y i130 basado a mi matrimonio, mi abogado transfirió mi caso a vawa. Hoy contacted un agente a través de Emma para obtener información acerca de mi i485, Ellos dicen que fue transferido a una oficina local aca en Queen NY, 10/06/2023. No se , porque se supone que debe ser transferido a Vermont, No?

from Nebraska Center for I765 c9 category.
- Were your case transferred to any other service centers after that? if so, did you get updated?

- your case have stayed there and got i765 approval. if so, how long did it take?
10 months, 6months, taken longer than expected, 2 months, and 5 weeks. please when this 5 weeks elapse do we get a new time ? my pD is February 2023, Nebraska to California

EAD
I got my EAD approval in the documents tab last week. I ended up getting my my social security card in the mail yesterday. I thought the EAD would arrive first. does anyone know how long it takes to get EAD card? Im currently applying to work and would like to have it if I get called in for an interview.
I-485 (RFE for income taxes). Does someone knows how long will take to get a response from USCIS when they requested RFE for income taxes? I got RFE for income taxes almost 7 months ago.
I don’t know how long will take to get a response. I didn’t hear anything after that. I’m still waiting and praying to get a response as soon as posible. #GreenCard #Adjustmentofstatus
