I submitted the I485, I130, & I765 in May, few weeks later I received my letter of receipt and online account code. Since then I did my biometrics and then everything just stalled. Yesterday my husband, and petitioner on the i130 received the account letter. Anyone with similar experience? Is this a good sign?

YES! my PD is may 19th and last night we also got his login info for the 130. i have the 130 showing on my online account with everything else but i think i wont see documents under there as the beneficiary. i was shocked as heck! hopefully it means they might actually look at it soon!

I don’t think it means you’re getting an RFE… my case is still not even under active review.

My wife who’s also my petitioner got her login details on Monday. I can’t say if it’s a good sign or not, I’ll say it’s probably a sign that we are one step closer to the destination.

@Wendy Hernandez to me it’s a good sign because couple years ago i had applied for a work permit under another statute and i received the acceptance account notice and after like 12-15 days i received approval
