your spouse need to put a petition im for him or if u have the green card already then u can but it gonna take long ad he have to wait until the visa date is current.

@san P thanks but what form do i file because when my vawa was approved his name was included as approved, now I'm confused what form I should file

think u should contact an attorney cause if a i130 was approve for him then his next process would be the us embassy in his country.

my son has approved in jan 2022 and he still waiting for visa we cant pay the fees for visa

@Om Om B why can't you pay for the visa fee then you can't say he is waiting because you must pay first before you can say he is waiting, am I communicating???

@Jesus Babygirl@ Greened i think the form you need is I824 . i am in the same situation but my lawyer said , once i am approved, they will be approved as well and she will send this form which is I824 USCIS.
