filled in march 2023. I 130 got approved in September without interview, got interview scheduled for i 485 on October 25th. got approved next day. got card on November 4th. Many many sleepless nights, many tears many worries, many many calls and letters, many more $ but it’s finally over! Thank you God you are the Greatest! I cannot thank you enough for letting me be forever with my family! thank you to this community who had answer for all of my problems! If anybody has any questions im glad to answer. dont loose hope ! theres solution for everything! 🙏🏻🇺🇸😭🥲

After 2 yrs and reaching out to my congressman office, we finally got a response but not a pleasant.
USCIS has decided to use our previous denied I130 when we have an approved I130 which we had constantly called about, but the representatives always said to not worry the approved I130 was linked to the I485 now they're saying he has been in the country unlawful.
any advise please? Motion to reapply doesn't guarantee his stay nor would he be able to work and if we re-file we don't know how long we'll have to wait again.

How long does USCIS take to reply to my RFE response?
I have submitted my response to RFE from San Jose FO regarding employment letter and taxes filing docs. It has been 35 days since the FO received the needed docs but i see no change in the status of my i485 at all since fingerprints were collected. Any idea how long does it take for that FO to make a decision?
