@athip p Thank you for your response. I'm getting ready to file my N400 by March cause my I751 has been pending March, 2023. So I want to know what to expect at the interview.

@omer d yes, i751 is for 10years GC and N400 citizenship. You can apply for N400 one year 90days from your 3rd year anniversary of being a resident if you're still married and Living with your US citizen spouse even if your i751 is still pending. Your residency continues counting

@omer d So the whole idea is instead of waiting 30 months plus to get your 10years greencard, you can file for your citizenship one year after you file your 10years, and just get your citizenship instead of the 10years. and Citizenship takes btw 4 to 6months

@omer d thank you 👊

@Fuad Digbe hi sorry I m not sure if I understood it correctly. I got my conditional green card since 2021 June. so for me to file N400, I can file it March 2024? or March 2023? you said one year 90 days from 3rd year anniversary of being a resident in your previous comment
Fuad DigbeDec 11, 2023
@omer d Hello, Yes correct. you're eligible to file for your N400 by March 2024 if you're still married and living with your US citizen spouse based on the three year rule. So that makes it 2years and 9months of being a resident even if the i751 is pending
