@unicorn life so the US embassy will give her an IR1 or can they change it after the interview as they will know from the marriage certificate that we been married less than 2 years

@R B 50-50 anything can happen there is a chance they may not notice since they go by NVC visa class and not pay attention or they can go like this is wrong and change. but my feelings is they won’t realize and she will get 10 years

what paperwork did you need to submit for NVC? my case is being transferred there and I want to get started on the necessary paperwork

@R B NVC did that because of the the interview wait time. By the time of the interview, your marriage will be more than 2 years old. 😎

@O T I followed the requirement on the NVC CEAC website. I-864 along with supporting documents recent tax transcript, i also included employment letter and last 4 pay stubs. completed DS-260 and the civil documents, marriage certificate the beneficiary (my wife) Birth certificate, police certificate, passport copy, passport photo, my birth certificate and Naturalization Certificate. ofcourse if any of you married you need to include divorce decree and lastly any documents not in English need to be translated. That's I believe what I uploaded but again the NVC website clearly tells you what you want
