Advance Parole document produced 6th September but not received
My USCIS status says that the Advance Parole document was produced on 6th of September but I have not received it yet. The agents on their helpline give conflicting information about dispatch Of the 5 calls I have made, 4 of them said it has not been sent and one of them said it was sent in September itself. Still waiting to hear on the tickets I raised with USCIS. I also recently petitioned through the state rep route and awaiting response from that too. Super stuck right now need advice.

my AP approved on Aug 28 and document still not received. submit service request on Oct 15th and no response from uscis. very unprofessional of them.

@Healthy Geeku have you signed up at USIS web side where they show each and ever progress.. I. e when the UPS has picked up and tracking number etc

@Ellie Bdy uscis will not respond service request, I’m thinking to contact congressman.

@Ellie Bdy I did it yesterday. you should start from search Google and type congressman help for uscis and it will take you to find your congressman by entering your zip code, then you will go to your congressman website and you should click federal help.

@Healthy Geeku I had the same situation. My I-131 was approved in Aug 2023, but the document I-512L wasn’t produced. After waiting for a month and sending a missing document request, I didn’t receive any update. I asked my congressman for the help and within 2 weeks I got the document.

I’m also in same situation @Healthy Geeku and never received travel document, though my i131 was approved during Aug 2023. Don’t know what to do and got stuck very badly

Turns out mine is finally lost. They responded back to the State Rep's office's request confirming this and asking me to reapply :( Painful, but atleast I got clarity thanks to the quick action from the state Rep's office

Yeah :( No other way around it, seems like. Have tried pretty much everything at this point
