@s a my i-485 was denied due to uscis not receiving my medical which I did sent and was delivered by usps the following day.

@cyndi Bari was your i-485 also denied due to medical rfe.

we filled 130 and 485 concurrently but they separated both of them so they waived our interview and then after a year they denied 485

they accept our 290 b and reconsidering 485 and they sent Rfe for medical

@Lana P exactly, since the past three weeks have talking to live agent through Emma at least 4times each week, I also called to raise a service request and expedite request...also uploaded a document today on my online account....as unsolicited evidence...still nothing.... my EAD expires on 04/27/2024. I can't renew neither can I apply for a new one. am heartbroken now.

@Lana P my FO was NY too... my i-290b was granted on 04/26/2024 and same day my i-485 that was denied earlier says actively reviewing then on 04/27/2024 in the morning I saw the 2nd actively reviewing. later at about 2pm my case was approved. As soon as they receive your medical, give it a week you will be approved.... Relax you are approved already as far as your i-290b is granted.
