Adjustment of Status
Hello all I have a question, my case was consular processing, everything was good with NVC and only had interview to go. Then my wife parole in the US, now we want to adjust her status, when submitting the form I 485 do we need to provide all the evidence they ask for or would they use the evidence provided from the i130 for the consular processing? Any advice would help thanks

has anyone had 2 interviews and still waiting?
we filed more than 2 years ago, got our first interview last year which went really well, and then silence for more than a year.. after multiple inquiries, senator, congressman, White House - we got our second inteview 2 weeks ago which went pretty good as well. and here we come again.. no decision has been made 💔I don’t know what else could we do.
I’m completely devastated…

Translation Question
I am preparing all the documents to upload to the CEAC NVC website once unlocked.
My (Petitioner) birth certificate was translated July 2001 which I used for my Green Card at that time so can I still use it or do I need to translate it again.
Any recommendations on what I should do?
