is it normal since November 30 my advance parol document was approved an then on December 5 it says documents was produced an I still haven’t received any mail 😭
am stressed from December 5th my advance parol documents was produce an still no mail anyone else experienced this

each time I put a request in I got a date 30 days away and no one responded to my request 🙃 so the only option is going in to see a ombudsman

today make 10 days since they told me they will resend it so I went the post office today but it hasn’t reach as yet so am a check back next week cause I place my mails an hold so they can’t deliver an that I’ll pick them up myself so they can bullshit me this time an send it back so am giving them a few more days an then go at it again
