All hope relies on this. Tough time going through.
Promised to be back home for my brother's wedding and it's been a year since he is married. Lost my near cousin and couldn't attend his funeral. couldn't attend my sister's wedding.
I don't know what am I going to loose or gain again.
Hope I can see my family soon.
It's been more than 3 years since I hugged my mom and dad but it Feels like haven't seen them in my life.
Din really meant to post this but I made to watch a movie today about immigrants and it just killed me with emotion.
I really hope all of us will get an approval soon.
All good time of life is just ending day by day.
I submitted all documents to my lawyer on July 2022 and he forgot to file our case until Jan 2023.Me and my wife had no idea on this until I found out this Lawfully application and then re enquired about my case status on dec 22 and then only he told us that in order to file my case I need a joint sponsor. we found a joint sponsor who is our common friend and then submitted the document and my lawyer filed it finally.
Craziest part is he forgot again to add my joint sponsor document with the filing. USCIS gave rfe on joint sponsor and then he submitted it online and since then I am here looking in the sky for flying colours.
Just because of somebody else fault am here waiting without any hope.

Find another lawyer. Or do it yourself, the lawyer only makes it easy but in your case delaying did not help.

seriously this community is like a family for me now.I just read everybody's post and comments and it is just like our feelings are being shared to others facing the same situation.
yes I do facetime everyday to see them.
my mom and dad both are getting old.These are the time we have to be with them but bad luck.
hopefully I can meet them next year.

@Muhammad Ameen Anvar Good luck! We had the same issue with the lawyers, so we did it ourselves instead. He filed two different petitions (family first then worker) & the second peitition became the current instead. My mother didn’t know that until she tracked it herself, that wasted us 5 years & kicked my sister out of eligibility.

@G L-B most of the lawyers here actually don't know much about these.
they just start up with filing the case and see whats coming up
