Does anyone know how to get information from the consulate in Juarez? I waited on an I-601 waiver approval, after approved, I received instructions for a new medical and drop documents at the window. After two weeks, it has moved into refused status and no one can tell us why. I am going crazy, it’s been a week since it was put in refused status and I have no idea why or when I will know. Also they still have my passport. Any advice?

IN 2 WEEKS I RESPONDED, AND GOT BACK A NOTIFICATION THAT RFE WAS RECEIVED.
AFTER THAT NO UPDATES, NO DECISION FOR MY GREEN CARD AFTER 5 MONTHS!
I SENT 2 INQUIRIES AND BOTH ANSWER “ STILL IN NORMAL PROCESSING TIME”
SOOOOOO FRUSTRATING!!!!!
WHO ELSE IS IN THE SAME SITUATION?

Hi. I filed my i130 on 12/2022 online and it was approved today. i filed my i485 thru mail on 02/2023. is there any same scenario with me here? adjusting from b1/b2 visa. when is the i485 usually gonna be approved after i130 approval?
