NVC/INTERVIEW
Hello everyone, please I need a response! it’s been more than 4 months since I’ve been Documentarily Qualified and Approved but I’m still waiting to get my interview scheduled! Please how long does it take for NVC to schedule an interview for an approved applicant!
I’m from Nigeria and living in Abuja Nigeria but my interview location is at the consulate in Lagos!

I am waiting that long as well. DQ Sept 20, 2023, still no appt. Ciudad Juarez consulate in Mexico.

DQ August 30th nothing yet Dominican Republic, and also it's depend on the embassy workload. As soon as they have an opening spot for interview they will alert nvc and nvc will send you the IL.

@Diamond Queen Is there a backlog for processing NVC applications and interviews in DR? I’m still waiting for my I-130 app to approve since 6/24/23 and from all the posts I’ve seen, looks like DR takes a long time… Did your NVC papers get reviewed/approved yet, and now your just waiting on the interview?

A. Santana I don't know if there's a backlog FOR DR but I see some people who got DQ in April and May get IL some for January and February. Yes I got DQ on August 30th still waiting.
