My civil documents have been received by NVC through DHL express on 13 November 1023. NVC timeline is showing that they are reviewing the documents received on 15 November. But I have not received any DQ confirmation email from them, even case status is not changed. is it normal? I have sent query to them. When may I get the email? Expert opinion please.

so today I decided to check my uscis account and I saw that my 485 was aproved I shouted Jesus! I didn't get an email or mail yet but they say they will send before 21 dec! does this mean aproved without interview right am so happy case aproved am shouting alelluyah what god can not do does not exist.
