My i140 got a NOID on my RFE to EB1C coz my lawyer didn’t submit paper work of foreign company. I own 100% of foreign company and 51% of US company.
They asked alot in first RFE which makes me think that my Lawyer satisfied except for not submitting much paper work on foreign company. my NOID says I need to prove that foreign company is still operating. which it is and I have submitted whole lot paper work. My paper work was revived by USCIS on Monday but my status has not changed which is unusual for PP. My status was changed on application tracking last on RFE submission next day and on initial submission as well. Any one in same scenario or any advise? Do I have to reprint if it doesn’t change in few days. I only have 30 days to submit evidence.
I131: Case reopened for reconsideration after i received my advance parole
My i131 form was approved 3 wèeks ago and i received the advance parole doc. Today, the case status was updated to show case reopened for reconsideration. Is this a system glitch or my case is really reopened? Any opinion here?
Does changing employers during the I-485 process pose a risk to the approval of the Adjustment of Status (AOS)?
With a priority date of 2022 country India, I am currently on an L1A visa. I've received a compelling job offer from another employer. I'm in a dilemma, wondering if it's safe to switch employers with GC-EAD while my I-485 is in process, and I'm also waiting for my AP. what’s your opinion or suggestion?
