Looking forward to approval at the beginning of next year.
I rooted a lot for my I-140 to be approved this year, but it didn't happen. I have a job offer, but it's uncertain when I'll get the long-awaited green card for the whole family. Happy New Year to all of you, and may we get our approvals as soon as possible.

The law firm that prepared my case, even though aware of my urgency, did not recommend premium processing. It's a bit disheartening to see posts here indicating approval times for I-140 ranging from 80 to 1000 days. I'm here rooting for everyone. Happy New Year to you all!

@igor oba May be your lawyer didn’t recommend premium processing because it might take a long time your priority date become current for AOS. By the time it becomes current for AOS, there is a chance your I-140 gets approved. if not, premium processing is always an option
