u can expedite the EAD cause it’s out of normal processing time

mines is in between 6 month, 5 months and 2 months 4 weeks. my husband doesn't even get his EAD card as yet January 6 will be 1 year... I called USCIS and file an inquiry and I saw an update that it's being assigned to officer so let's see...

@gigi wright I tried to expedite but they denied it at first because it didn’t get a prima facie approval

there’s different categories. it had to be financial loss then showed them your back up bills

@gigi wright ya I tried to expedite twice I guess I could try again. but at this point they should just give me my green card And forget about the ead. they just need to approve my 130 so they can approve my 485
