Interview was a GREEN LIGHT!! 💚🇯🇲💛
Hubby and I had our interview today at the (Texas) benefit center at 7:45 AM today!
Our officer was extremely pleasant, very nice, and engaged in conversation to get to know us.
She only asked one question in our interview. “How did you two meet?” We were very genuine on how we met and how our relationship and marriage evolved.
I was completely shocked when she turned and said, ok I’m going to approve your case. Congratulations.! 🎉
Jah Jah my GOD! Thank you for your precious grace, allowing my husband to see his mom and children for Christmas! The greatest blessing is forever you! 🙏🏾
For everyone here who still in waiting. I will continue praying for you and your families. I know times are trying for many of you, and wait times are so unfair. 😢 I look forward to celebrating when you cross the finish line. ❤️

My husband and I are on our I-130/CR-1 journey; Our priority date is 12/22/22 at the Nebraska service center. Like many others, I received an online access code in the mail in October. I’m curious if anyone has submitted additional evidence within their USCIS myportal. I’m considering adding all of my flight tickets from the past year in addition to what’s already provided. As the days grow longer, I find myself getting impatient and I’m wondering if submitting extra evidence would interfere with the current process.

hi all! I recently got my i130 approved and now we are on to the next NVC step... they are requesting translations for police records & birth certificates. do we have to get a certified translator? my husband is bilingual and knows real good English and he also has some friends that speak English as well, could we translate it ourselves and avoid the 300$? thanks in advance!

hey everyone i got a question USCIS ask for my medical at the ending of september i've sent it to them on November 27. on Nov 28 i receive an email that they receive it and working on my case. Between the 27 to today my dates being changing on my processing time for i130 and i765. Did anyone have the same problem?
Jacksonville FO
Anyone here had their case transfered to the Jacksonville FO? We filed our AOS in June 2023 and got our EAD approved in August. Two months ago we got notified by the Jacksonville FO ( our local FO) that our I-485 was with them, and they said we can send extra evidence and we did. Can anyone with a similar experience share they timeline? How long did it take for your interview to be scheduled or for your case to be approved. Anyone got approved without interview at this FO?

hello.
I am a VAWA applicant and I need to renew my combo card. first time I sent it to Vermont but that was 2 years ago and everything has change now.
where should I send it? Vermont again? or to the mailbox they have? I’m located in Florida and both my receipts starts with EAC.
I appreciate any input.
