I need help!
hello everyone! can someone help me. I filed I-130 for my husband who is living outside of the US. now, do I have to file any other form with that or do I just have to wait on the I-130 to be approved? please someone guide me!

hello Sandra, I little desperate over here but I’m good. hbu? so my husband and I are from the Dominican Republic but I am a US citizen now. I’m just confused because I see people filling out other forms and I wanted to know if I only have the I-130 to summit

@keila perdomo Hello Keila, i-130 can take Upto a year.
Once I-130 is approved, USCIS will transfer it to NVC( national visa center) for processing. NVC will then send you a welcome letter with a case id and invoice id. Using the i.d. numbers you will pay the fees due and continue to the next step which is filing ds-260 and then submit the required evidence sent on your welcome letter.
Once all documents are sent, NVC will review and qualified your documents.
When everything is documentary qualify they will schedule your interview appointment.
