God is great and blessing me with this approval. Did my interview at the Philadelphia Field office with my husband. We got married on Valentine’s Day and filed in May. We had two persons interviewing us but one was just sitting in the corner watching us.
Asked general questions. Our name, DOB, Address and if we have been married before, any kids? How and when we met? when did we realize we were in love or wanted a relationship? was age an issue? (hubby is 15years older than I)
evidence: pictures(going back 3 years), lease, untility bills, snap of Facebook post, snap of our text messages, joint checking and credit card statements etc.
Officer said, your case is approved and you will see the card in a week or two.
We used a lawyer and we had to waive that we could be interviewed without our lawyer since as he wasn’t going to be in the interview. Lawyer knew we got this and prep us on how to answer. wasn’t much of a interview but more or less, it was a dialogue. We even spoke about that Eagle game that happened the night before haha.

hi everyone, interview went well but till now no rfe or anything. is it possible that I don’t get rfe? contacted congress woman and they said lately they see ppl getting oath around 120 days after interview. is this true? I keep seeing ppl getting oath same day?

We finally got the receipt notice sent to us after 6 months of waiting. The USCIS never put our apartment number on the notice so we didn’t get it. I will say they did give us a prompt response! 😊

need help
hello everyone, I need some advice have to go through this , I have a Vawa case going on right now , my attorney took 2 years to file all my paper work and only file I-360 is now been almost 2 years since she file. I got a prima facie and expired and I ask her to apply for another one.
no only that I’m also going through a removal procedure as well, my court date was change a lot since 2020 and I recently had a new date at the biggining of this month but my attorney never show up , never answer my phone calls or emails. I have an upcoming court date and I don’t have any attorney , I call couple places and no one wants to take my case because they have to may clients .
I paid my attorney in full for my Vawa case that she never finish and started paying her for my court case.
can someone please advice me , idk what to do .

After almost 1 year, my I-130 application got approved! December 1st would have made it exactly one year! Super excited right now!
Got a notification on here that there has been an update on my application and I checked on the my USCIS account. I saw the processing time had increased to 6 months but went ahead to check the document section. Lo and behold, my approval was waiting there!
I pray everyone waiting for a response gets a positive news very soon.
