@Guiodo Mert no that's for NVC visa bulletin but USCIS is not affected by Visa bulletin

@Macharia Kevin There's currently 380,000K approved i130 waiting for a visa. So it's going to be at least 5 years before your PD becomes current. Of course USCIS is affected by VB. They don't approve i-130s until PD is current.
