VAWA Based I-485 UPDATE
On June 27, 2023 The USCIS received my medicals and they updated the status. The status was updated today, but the same info as before, just with today’s date.
WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?
“On June 27, 2023, we received your response to our Request for Evidence for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence”
“On December 12, 2023, we received your response to our Request for Evidence for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence”

is there anyone who lives in Pennsylvania who knows what type of insurance a person with a pending Vawa case can get?i applied for Medicaid they denied it because i don’t have a green card yet.
i need to go to the hospital,i got a fractured finger.i only went to the emergency room once when my abuser just did it to me.
i had to follow up with a surgeon I didn’t ho because i dont have insurance.
the finger still hurts it looks different from the other fingers. i cannot do anything with my left hand because of it,
i would like to go to the doctor to see if the bone was broken.

Hello all!
Today has been a day! This morning I opened the Lawfully app and there were two notifications. One being that my case is being actively reviewed for the second time and another was an update on my case. This made me extremely anxious. So, what did I do? I rushed to log into my USCIS account to see what the update was. My goodness! ALL morning and early afternoon I could not log into my account and it made me EXTREMELY anxious and upset! Lol… my husband told me not to worry myself because apparently many of you have had issues logging in today as well-okay. I left it alone but still thought about it constantly. I was FINALLY able to log in and saw that we had been APPROVED! OH GOD, I PRAISED AND I GAVE THANKS, AND PRAISED GOD SOME MORE! I am so happy! This is such a GREAT Christmas present, and what a way to end/start a new year!
Many times I would view posts and ask myself, will I ever be able to express my joy like that? Maybe some of you have thought the same. YES, you will! Your time will come exactly when God wants it to! Just be patient, relax and pray. God bless you all on this journey. 🙏🏼❤️

Send the packet to uscis with i485, i765 and i131 on October 4th. received receipt notice on 24th October. However has not received the biometrics appointment notice yet. is anyone else in same boat?
I tried Emma and it says the case is normal processing time. called uscis to expedite i765, hoping it will trigger bio but no response on that as well.
any guidance?

How long should my personal declaration be ?
For people who have applied for vawa ? how long was your personal declaration?
I have been documenting abuse from my spouse for about a year now in the chance that i might have to file for vawa, and so far I have about 35 pages of several specific abusive incidents documented with date, time and info about the incident.
(March 14th, at approximately 5:30pm *detailed description of incident*
April 4th, at approximately 12noon *detailed description of incident*
etc )
These incidents range from throwing items, insults, slamming doors, denying food, cheating accusations, physical assault and a lot more I can't fit on here.
Is 30 something pages way too long ? how long was yours ? I don't have any means to hire a lawyer right now because I don't have my EAD and no money at all.
I've been talking to a violence center that promised to vouch for me with affidavit, report etc. I also called the police on spouse twice, so I should have two police reports and other evidence.

Got approval of I-130 while is in USA on b2 visa. Planned to submit adjustments from USA. Got EAD 🤞
