What are your experiences?
To start out.. I AM NOT ASKING IF THE PROCESSING TIME IS ACCURATE.. ITS NOT.. I KNOW THIS.. WE ALLLLL KNOW THIS...
So, for the THIRD time, my i130 has a new timeline.. 🙄
The only notification I've received so far was the initial receipt notice when we filed. No actively reviewing, No RFE, No nothing.. the time-line just randomly changes. This first time it went from 7 months to 2 month, then a few days later it went to 4 weeks, from there, it counted down to "taking longer than expected" in July. Then in October it changed to "3 weeks" it then counted down again to "taking longer than expected ".. Here we are today, and it now says " 5 weeks"
It's getting REALLY hard to get excited when we have consistently been disappointed..
Has anyone else had the same or similar experience?

I-751 Received in lockbox (Pheonix)
Hello everyone,
My complete package for removal of conditions was sent by USPS to the Pheonix, AZ lockbox and received on the 8th. I know it will take a little bit of time to be officially ‘received’, but how long should I expect for it to show on my USCIS dashboard?
Is there any recourse if it doesn’t show up as received in a reasonable timeline? At what point is follow up justified and reasonable?
Thanks in advance!

Automatic extension
Hello,
it’s been about 6 weeks since I my lawyer sent a renewal request for my work permit expiring in March but I still haven’t received my receipt yet and online nothing is showing.
At work they’ve already started sending me reminders to verify my I-9
I wanted to know does the automatic extension depends on the receipt or do we do something else?
I’m panicking! #vawa #workpermit #renewal
