it’s depends on the case file,if his a TPS or asylum applicant he can’t travel to his country but any other country is allowed and his return to the USA won’t be an issue. He should just avoid having a stamp from his home country anothe option is pass through neighboring countries and cross by border with a local id without showing his passport to enter his country

@ Kings Kay, I am Nigerian, I have approved combo card with Advance Parole, got it thru VAWA. I’m scared to travel to Naija. I haven’t seen my two kids for 5yrs. I overstayed with about 3yrs. what is your experience like?

@Jhoe 🇳🇬 loos like you are a Nigerian. nothing was asked me Bro. from Lagos all the way to JFK, it was all stamping, stamping, stamping only. No question asked. not even one. I’m the journey was smooth. I flew Egypt Air. I hope that helps.

@Babajide Success I used to be that afraid. but I can assure you there is nothing to fear. I flew Egypt Air. From Lagos to JFK my passport was only stamped and no question asked about anything.
