is it possible for I-130 & I-485 to be denied because the application was filled when visa is not current?
we went for our interview today, everything went well but the interviewer said they’re going to deny because the application was filled when visa for our country wasn’t current. I just want to know if anyone has ever experienced this?
also, I don’t expect that to affect the I-130?
Form I-751 how long until I receive my green card extension?
Hi, I filed for my I-751 in the time window USCIS gave me, however my greencard expired this week and to continue to work and renew my DL I need my extension, how long does it usually take to receive the extension after uscis sends the receipt that they're currently reviewing the case? #I-751
Waiting a Judge Signature
I filed a joint motion to terminate a removal proceeding and the DHS lawyer agreed. Then we sent it to the judge to sign, and It's been a month and no response. How long does it take for the judge to sign this removal proceeding, my case is in Newark New Jersey. Anyone similar situation or who has experience can help, please?
