I485 denied due to abandonment (Error)
My i 485 was denied last week. The reason is stated in the denial notice that the RFE that was sent to me was not responded to. However, my lawyer and I confirmed that the responses were sent and received by the office. Seems like the only option I have is to file I290B. Any idea how long will that take and are there chances of reverting the decision? Also my priority date is December 2022.

My PD is on April 27th 2022, this January It will be current. During this waiting period I applied for FOIA and I see that my interview is waived as per the response from FOIA. Does it mean I will get my decision on i485 sooner as it gets current. Till now my case doesnot even says Case remains pending. Its stuck after it says Biometric is received.
I-130 from Potomac to California Service Center
I just called USCIS to get status update and the agent told me my case was moved from Potomac to California Service Center. Does one lose their spot in line when these cases move?
If you are in my situation, please what timeline did you get approved?
Any California SCs here? Please what month are they approving currently?
case was transferred
Hey everyone,
so on August my case was transferred to a non-local field office in California and few days after I got RFE for medicals which I already sent and it was received by the USCIS office few days later.
it has been almost 100 days and I did not hear anything back from them after I submitted my medical forms. so I called the USCIS customer service number and they told me that my case was transferred back to the NBC.
any idea why cade was transferred back to NBC ?
