Hello, my PD is Feb 2022, concurrent filing. Case Remains Pending since March 2023. My medicals will be expiring on Feb 2024.. Will I get RFE for medicals? Anyone in the same timeline/scenario please share your experience.

The attorney asked to submit along with medicals during concurrent filing so that we don’t need to wait for medical RFE but now that it will expire in Feb 2024.

medical validity is now 4 years as far as i know..
