Hi All,
Can anyone share some info on how this form works. I have been emailing the law firm handling my case telling them that USCIS has me as other worker and not EB3 skilled,I'm a registered nurse. Now that EB3 will be current in January I was panicking that EB3 is current and they wrongly filed me in the OW category which is sept 2020 final action. They finally responded and said after researching my I140 filing they said there was a discrepancy and I was wrongly filed in the OW category and they will file the supplemental form. Does this mean my 1485 will be in a new batch that will take forever? How does the transfer of category work?

Our case finally got approved ! It’s such a relief after waiting almost a year.
Don’t lose hope guys, your turn will come ! Even if I know it’s easier to say once you’ve received the answer… and harder to believe when you’re the one waiting.

I have my greencard on hand today. Really thankful for this. it was such a painful journey bc of personal issues but glad its done. please ask any questions. my rfe was for medical and I didn’t get a response within the 60 days range. it took close to 100 days to get an update after rfe was received.

Notice return because usps could not deliver.
I moved to a new address and asked my lawyer to update but it seems he didn’t because a notice that was mailed to me 11/14/2023 was returned 11/29/2023. I don’t know what it was and my lawyer and I went online to change the address together. They said that the return mail could cause a delay or may cause my case to be denied. what should I do? Any helpful information is appreciated
Extension of Advance Parole
Hi All. My GC was done in EB1 category and priority date is October 2022. I have a question here, the advance parole for myself and my family is getting expired on March 2024. My attorney is charging 1500 for this. Can I do it myself or should I use the services of my attorney by paying 1500.

and yes I am aware I should’ve applied for renewal longer than I did but I was in hopes to have had my i486 approved since my initial PD is 09/03/2021
