I field the I-130 for my wife on July 14 of 2023; I am a U.S Citizen. USCIS unsolicited evidence
I sent proof Bonifide marriage through the USCIS page on unsolicited evidence. My progress says 7 months now; before it said 4 months did I do something wrong?

i did the exact same thing. I had a RFE for bonafide marriage (11/6/2023) and uploaded all the docs online. My PD was 3/13/2023 and the case got approved today. It still say 6months under case processing time so i dont think its because of unsolicited evidence.

@Carlos Perez forget it you just filled on july 2023 and you are rushing there is people from 2021 that they didn't get nothing i suggest to get a lawyer its better

I summit proof such as flights, monetary support, calls, property that we acquire together and pictures of the wedding. I was told it would be easier for USCIS to make a decision. I am aware I just filed on July 2023 but just want to make sure the evidence that I submitted didn't affect the processing time in a negative way.

I submitted auto insurance, photos, affidavit from 3 friends, verizon bill, and joint account statements of 1year. I uploaded evidence under unsolicited evidence whenever I obtain one, even after the RFE deadline.
