@J A. my case was not transferred. All steps were at NBC

@Tafi Fita my case hasn’t turned crp. It was from RFE sent to card being produced.

@Muhammad Hammad RFE was for medicals and born certificate translations (my attorney’s paralegal forgot to include the translations), and proof of legal presence.

because my kids had problems with their I94. the i94 were not created in our entrance and we didn’t know about the i94. We sent their passport stamps along with the explanation (the attorney wrote it).

@F b yes, primary and dependents. I was the petitioner and my husband and 2 kids dependents.

@Tafi Fita and it took almost 2 months between they received the response and card is being produced (but my status hasn’t changed for RFE response received. We only knew when it was received bc we were notified by the usps).

I submitted my application on Mar 30 same day as you, and got the same status update for i-765 (approved) and i-131 (fingerprint) on the same day as you. I submitted medicals with my initial application and didn't receive any RFE. I'm EB3 ROW and had been current since October 2023 (got CRP status in August and never updated after that). All my cases are also in NBC. Suffice to say your case timeline is the most similar to mine that I came accross. Hopefully my i-485 approval is around the corner 🤞

@Li S Congrates. have query: what is prod of legal presence ? Does it I-94 ?? TIA.

@Mo a we sent our I94 and I20, bc I was an F1 visa. My kids didn’t have an I94 due to a DHS mistake on our entrance. So, for the kids, beyond the I20s, we sent their passport stamps copies along with the explanation why they didn’t have an I94 (it was written by my lawyer).
