Today I have 327 days in the I134A humanitarian program.
That USCIS starts processing the files in February because only 5% are processed during this period and but the program will have 1 year

Re-apply after abandoning AOS?
I sadly had to abandon my family based Greencard application after my dad got sick in Europe and I had to return for a year. During that time, I received an RFE for the medical exam however I was not able to do it and therefore they denied my I-485 back in August.
Has anyone been in the same situation and was able to continue /appeal the application? We are looking to return to the USA now that my Dad is better. Perhaps apply via the consular way.
Why estimated time changes…
According to the USCIS website, the estimated processing time for an application, petition or request can change due to various factors such as
the number of applications, petitions, or
requests received, workload and staffing
allocations, the time a benefit requestor takes
responding to a request for more information, as
well as policy and operational changes, among
other factors ". The USCIS update the
processing times every month. Unfortunately
according to the USCIS website, the processing
times displayed are based on data that are one
month old for most. what does that mean?
factors could have changed but you won't know
until they update it once a month. All you can do is make sure you did everything correctly so that of time increases it’s not because of anything on your end. then all you can do is wait patiently 🙏🏿. As for me, I am praying. Nothing is to hard for Jesus!
