this was what uscis send my wife in her account after she asked for expedited request. i am guessing that the scrutiny is because they think i am accessing the account. what do i do?

well in order to get an expedite request there’s certain criteria that needs to be met, I think they are saying it is not clear that your wife is the one who needs the expedite request based off the letter you uploaded. try rephrasing the letter.
