So we need to submit police certificates from any country lived in. One of these countries is Ukraine but we are concerned that we will not receive it due to the current war going on there. Has anyone by chance having to do this specifically with Ukraine?

Long wait times

Hey VAWA family, hope you all are hanging in there. I have been waiting still, almost 2 years now and I know I may have long to go. I just want to move on with my life and move on from this immigration process. I know many have been waiting very long and it can be so frustrating. Comment how soon did you all take to receive you i360 approval?

2 weeks ago my case was approved guys, after waiting a while. I’m hopeful that the others will happen real fast. wishing everyone God’s speed on theirs too.

Traveling with pending green card & pending asylum

Hi guys! I got my advance parole (combo card) through marriage to a U.S. citizen this year. I have a question, can I travel outside the US if I also have a pending asylum status with USCIS? Our i-130 is already approved, but still waiting for the green card. I am certainly not going to visit my home country from which I applied for asylum but I would like to travel to the DR with my husband. Anyone here has similar experience? Thank you in advance.
