Hello to all, I need some sort of guidance as I am unsure what steps I am supposed to take moving forward. I am currently attempting to bring my husband into the US as a citizen or permanent resident. I have filed the Form I-130 and all documents that need to go with it. however is there any other forms I should be filing to speed up the process any? thank you in advance. I know it has only been 5 months and it takes longer than that of course, however I am trying to stay on top of things and make this go as smoothly as possible as I am doing this without a lawyer.

god is good! 🙏🏼 I prayed and prayed, I was getting worried because it took so long to get a biometrics appointment, so I wrote uscis a letter and within a couple of days I got my biometrics appointment! just put your faith in god and it will come your way ! awsome way to start 2024 year! hoping everyone hears good news soon!🎊

NVC IV Fee Paid then Rejected
We paid our NVC IV fee which showed “IN PROCESS” and after 5 days it changed to “PAID. Ater 2 days, I filled out DS260 but didn’t submit it. The next day, I got a message stating “IV Fee Rejected” and DS260 showing “INCOMPLETE”.
Has anyone experienced it? Please guide me through this. TIA
