I tried to expedit my case with a letter written from the attorney explaining my dad’s health situation but nothing changed (7 months waiting the AP renewal). I scheduled an appointment with the immigration office and they gave me the emergency valid for 30 days (you need to present them valid documentation)

i can help you ,,, call the immigration and ask for an emergency travel document they will schedule an appointment in their office within 3 days they will ask you for your ariginal travel document case number to make sure you have an application pending a proof of your situation back home like a doctor report explaining your grandma situation . its super easy and guaranteed wish you all the best and for your grandma to get well soon 🙏
