AP denied then I received case closed benefits received by other means
I’m not sure what this means..I received this update
On September 17, 2025, we completed our review of your Form I131, APPLICATION FOR TRAVEL DOCUMENTS, PAROLE DOCUMENTS, AND ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE RECORDS, Receipt Number IOE0933240874, and denied your case. We mailed you a notice explaining our decision. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your denial notice by October 17, 2025, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.
then the post decision update said

I have not received any nothing by other means..also no update on the work permit. Has anyone experienced this and what’s going on? thanks for the feedback.
where is my I-485 reciept notice?
My husband and I filed for I-130 and I-485 collectively in October 2023, we recieved the reciept notice for my I-130 but not my i-485. my I-130 is now approved - so my husband and I have decided to re-send my I-485 application to remind UCIS of my application. I haven’t received a work permit or advanced parole in the past 2 years. it’s been very difficult - can anyone guide?
Just for reference - my husband is an American citizen

hola buen a día a todos , una pregunta , yo mande exámenes médicos después de aprobación de vawa,ahora me mandaron cita biométrica pero a otra ciudad que no es en la que vivo, pusieron la ciudad de mi abogado , alguien con caso similar? la primera cita biométrica si me la dieron en mi ciudad , alguien que le pasó lo mismo?
