mine also changed to notice of intent and I don’t know what it means

same here I have a prima facie that return last year so my status says notice to intent too

ok but mine is just a year old so I don’t think it’s an actual NOID because they wouldn’t have looked at my case so quickly so maybe it’s the prima facie that was returned. I updated my address so I will call again next week to ask for the documents to be resent.

I got Notice of Intent (NOID) too. They intend to deny my case bcos I had a criminal case of battery. I will reply them before May 12th. Notice of Intent simply means they wanted to deny your case/application but if you provide what they required, they might approve your application

@User92 God is in control is an app glitch problem mine got notice to intent it when I go to the official uscis website nothing has changed from the last time when the Prima facie couldn’t be delivered by post office

ok yes thank goodness. I’m glad because I can’t take the stress and I don’t have money for lawyers.

I also have “Notice of Intent” on my lawfully case status. I called USCIS and was told the case status does not show that on their end. A notice for my case sent to my address was returned to USCIS because it could not be delivered. I received an RFE earlier, in which I was only asked to provide proof of good moral character. I provided everything: police clearances in my name and aliases used, reference letter from my church coordinator, reviews from my students, and other supporting documents. I wonder why lawfully will show “Notice of Intent” as my update now.

@David D Did you receive the Prima Facie after it could not be initially delivered?

@Dzee Antique something I got an RFE 2 months after I applied it was for good moral character since then I’ve been getting Prima facie until one of them last year was returned cuz it couldn’t be delivered…. don’t panic it’s probably the app I applied in 2022 so hopefully we are at the last stage

ok thank you all. just spoke to USCIS contact center and it was an extension of the Prima Facie that was sent out. I have to write a letter to have them resend it.
