I submitted my I-485 application in late October and gave my biometrics in early December. I am from Nepal and my priority date will be current in February. Can anybody tell me how long it might take for my application to get processed?

SIBLING PETITION FOR GREEN CARD

Hello friends, One of my friend had filed a green card petition for his Sibling in 2014. The I-130 got approved in 2021 by USCIS. USCIS sent an approval letter and a notice saying that interview will be scheduled by local US Embassy. While contacting US Embassy they said they have not received the case from USCIS OR NVC. Anyone here know what is going on and when will the interview be scheduled ??

F1 to H4 COS and H4 EAD

Hi, I was in F1 OPT EAD. I have applied for change of status H4 I 539 and H4 EAD I 765 together. My COS has been approved 2 days ago, but H4 EAD is still not approved. I am in FT. Please let me know how long it will take for me to approve H4 EAD. Is there any way I can expedite the process.

Anyone know time frame for a pending I-485 after being approved for a combo card ? 529 days just says “case is being actively reviewed by USCIS” * just got approved for combo card few weeks ago, card is being produced.
