I think what truly helped my case is contacting the congresswoman. I would highly advise everyone to contact your congressman or woman when your case is delayed

@mount laurel New Jersey I’m not sure but I did mention it to the congress woman staff. I highly advise you to contact congressmen if your case is delayed. don’t give up.

i have contacted them multiple times but uscis always provides the same update. always security checks black hole

@mount laurel New Jersey I was in the same black hole. here’s what I did:
1) contacted ombudsman multiple times
2) senator inquired
3) i put an inquiry myself
4) contacted congressman
5) Tier 2 call back request
BUT, what I think truly helped IS that I requested a tier 2 officer to call me. they sent me an email a month later that they don’t have info etc… BUT, few days later they started reviewing my case. try all approaches.. one will work. it’s ridiculous that we have to go through hoops to get ours rights…

ya I did ombudsman but that led to nothing . my senator wouldn’t do anything because I had a congress request. I did multiplied inquiries myself and Emma updates. I did a tier 2 but they never call back did that once or twice
